Editorial Review

The Galaxy S9 refined Samsung's flagship formula with a bright Super AMOLED display, stereo speakers, an improved camera with a variable aperture, and solid everyday performance. However, it is now far beyond its software support lifecycle and no longer receives Android OS upgrades or security updates. We no longer recommend the Galaxy S9 in 2026. Instead, we recommend the Galaxy S23, which supports the latest One UI 9 (Android 17) and continues to receive security updates. With a faster Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, a 120Hz AMOLED display, 5G connectivity, much better cameras, and years of software support remaining, the Galaxy S23 is a significantly better long-term investment.

Someone had genuine interest in me as a customer. Broker and team went above and beyond to help me sell a token I wasn't confident I could handle myself. The best is their quality communication. A rare thing on the Internet today. They are quick, and the receipts are readily available. You do get what you pay for. Amazing.

I got one phone, and then decided that I wanted a different one so - I have ordered, returned, gotten refunded and ordered anew with these people. And I have to say it was all seamless. I love the goal of creating less electronica waste by reusing it, and the phone that I have now works great.

This was my second phone that I got from uptradeit. The phone was described accurate and arrived quickly. No issues at all.

FAQ

Why should you buy a used or refurbished Galaxy S9?

Why pay more if you are getting the same thing? A refurbished Galaxy S9 is fully functional and works exactly like a brand new Galaxy S9, except for minimum to normal wear and tear on the cosmetics of the phone. A refurbished Galaxy S9 is a significant saving option when you plan to buy your next Galaxy S9. Buying a refurbished Galaxy S9 is a fantastic choice. It will net you significant savings, mainly when a new Galaxy S9 costs much more.

What does it mean if the Galaxy S9 is unlocked?

Unlocked means the phone is not locked or limited to any carrier. An unlocked Galaxy S9 can be used with any carrier in the United States. If you are unsure whether the phone is compatible with your mobile phone carrier, buying an unlocked phone is the easiest option. An unlocked Galaxy S9 is likewise an incredible phone to buy as a gift since it will work with any carrier or wireless plan they may have.

What does UpTrade Certified Used mean?

There are hundreds or even thousands of used phone sellers, but unfortunately, not all are legit. To ensure the quality, we have selected a few reputable resellers and marketplaces that can provide high-quality used and refurbished phones. An UpTrade Certified Used Galaxy S9 means it has passed an in-depth inspection by our Certified Seller. UpTrade Certified means the Galaxy S9 you buy will work and function exactly like a new one.

What is the return policy for the Used and Refurbished Galaxy S9?

Sure! The Refurbished Galaxy S9 listed here comes with a 30-day return policy from the Sellers. So if you have any problem with your purchase, you may contact the Seller and return it to them for up to 30 days.

Are refurbished Android phones as good as new ones?

That’s a good question! Technically, there’s no difference between refurbished and new except that there may be signs of use (if at all) on a refurbished Android phone. All UpTrade Certified Used Phone Sellers process the phones through a rigorous inspection. As a result, each smartphone is fully functional and works just like a new one.
